La Granja was founded in the 18th century. It is now able to make the most glass bottles, for many purfume companies, in the world. The factory is able to produce so much because they have two furnaces, three shifts of workers andthe furnaces never stop. They work throughout year and yes, you guessed it even on holidays! La Granja is able to make its products with very few emissions, isn’t that cool?! Here is a link to their site with a cool video on the left: http://www.sgdlagranja.es/
After the visit we went to Palazuelos for our typical two course lunch w/ dessert.
